Bethany Community Services is proud to offer one of the only affordable certified assisted living programs in the Merrimack Valley.  Located in our Merrivista community, our assisted living units offer privacy and comfort for residents who require skilled care, including:

 

• Minimum of two visits per day by a certified nursing assistant

• Private units with full kitchens and private bathrooms

• On-site staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including overnight)

• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)

• Three meals per day

• Housekeeping services

• Medication reminders

• Emergency response system

• Transportation to medical appointments

• Escort to meals and activity programs as needed

 

A request for an application begins the process toward finding your new home at Bethany. You can complete the application easily and we have no application fee. A property manager will then qualify you to be placed on our waiting list.
